Our portfolio of brands will continue to evolve and grow with time.   To match the rapid growth and launch of several amazing new products, we are seeking a Paid Media Senior Manager to join our team.   General Summary:      We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Paid Social to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is resourceful with an exceptional work ethic and a roll up your sleeves mentality. This is an exciting new role for an individual with a passion for creating digital demand across top paid social channels (with an emphasis on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest) for multiple emerging and legacy health and beauty brands.   As Sr. Manager, Paid Social, you will be in a critical role focusing on the development, planning and execution of acquisition marketing strategies for multiple brands. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of a campaign as well as the overall Paid Social strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of identifying and acquiring new customers through top paid social channels to drive profitable growth.   Primary Duties and Responsibilities:   - Drive strategy and execution of multiple brands with a core focus on performance and re- engagement marketing efforts as we continue to scale growth, expand channel mix, and drive lifetime value. - Optimize social acquisition campaigns using levers including customer targeting, content, creative and bid optimization across your portfolio of brands. - Collaborate with team to inform them of campaign performance and strategize on creative development with mobile-first, customer-centric direction. You understand the customer and what drives them to purchase and are always open to testing and learning. - Work with team to report and analyze campaign performance, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; develop insights and make recommendations for action and opportunities. - Analyze the results and make optimization recommendations while the media is live and use historical data to improve results for the next buying cycle - As a leader, provide strategic direction and strategy of campaign and creative performance from a customer growth perspective. Identify new opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth within digital acquisition channels (including emerging or new media channels) - Prepare advertising testing schedules and timelines for brand onboarding, campaign launch, and ongoing account optimization and maintenance   Experience and Skills:   - 5+ years of Paid Social advertising experience with a track record of crafting, planning, and executing customer acquisition campaigns to drive transformative business results. - Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising algorithm, audience segments, bidding strategies, and scaling techniques - Track record of efficient campaigns that are conversion based (NOT engagement focused i.e. likes, comments, shares, etc., while understanding the differences) - Clear understanding of difference between branding and direct response social initiatives - Experience working with Facebook sales and customer success teams to mitigate / resolve issues - Deep understanding of Facebook’s advertising creative standards - Experience managing creative ideation and execution of ads - Experience managing budgets, setting & tracking KPIs. - Experience with Affiliate Partnership Marketing and Performance Influencer Marketing a plus - Self-starter who can power through ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial vibe environment.   Who You Are: - A true team player with the ability to collaborate well with many stakeholders - Demonstrated skills in performance marketing and online customer acquisition - Self-directed and results oriented. The person in this role will wear many hats which will give a vast understanding of the workings of a subscription-based enterprise. A successful candidate must be resourceful, energetic, and an all-around problem solver. A successful candidate will approach things with an intellectual curiosity and sense of humor and work well in environments that are constantly changing. The person in this role must thrive on understanding the systems and processes behind the outcomes and implementing continual improvement on those processes.   ABM is looking for someone with strong technical skills, base level familiarity with common web technologies, excellent customer service skills, and basic knowledge of online marketing and advertising concepts. This is a great fit for someone looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience within a fast growing, eclectic organization.   Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Synthesize, implement, set up and execute new and existing web marketing campaigns developed by the marketing and business units - Organizes and specifies the requirements for execution of all updates to the website including design changes, offers/campaigns (new and existing), product updates utilizing the appropriate internal and external systems - Recommends any necessary adjustments or modifications to the requirements to prevent any unforeseen impact in other areas after reviewing the marketing objective - Provides data and insight on digital initiatives and help make recommendations for optimization and improvement - Ability to work with cross functional execution teams to deliver on the requirements on time for the various marketing campaigns - Ability to execute upon delivered requirements in accordance with the overall scope and needs for new and existing web marketing campaigns and continued follow-through with internal teams - Ability to learn and utilize in-house systems driving web marketing campaigns as part of the overall execution for these campaigns - Experience in A/B testing and implementation of such testing - Ability to work in fast paced environments while constantly grooming the backlog for the external teams to ensure the most valuable projects are getting the needed resources. - Provide weekly written roadmap, updates and statuses of projects for management team which include Business As Usual (BAU) projects as well as new projects - Apply critical thinking to business objectives and work with Manager to partner/negotiate with different teams to help bring the best business outcome - Keen experience and communication skills ensuring execution of campaigns are timely - Working with the manager to interact with clients/vendors to discuss requirements, progress, and providing/receiving feedback on deliverables - Ability to consistently meet deadlines and be accountable in your work - Keen attention to detail.
